  • 🇵🇱 Sposób przyrządzenia pierogów ruskich:

    • Gotowanie (zalecane):

      • Zagotuj dużą ilość wody z dodatkiem soli.

      • Wrzuć zamrożone lub schłodzone pierogi.

      • Gotuj 2–3 minuty od momentu wypłynięcia na powierzchnię.

      • Delikatnie wyjmij łyżką cedzakową.

    • Podsmażanie (opcjonalnie):

      • Ugotowane pierogi podsmaż na patelni z masłem lub olejem aż do zarumienienia.

      • Najlepiej smakują z podsmażoną cebulką lub śmietaną.

    • Inne metody:

      • Można podgrzać na parze lub w kuchence mikrofalowej (ok. 2 minuty pod przykryciem, z dodatkiem wody).

    🇫🇷 Mode de préparation des pierogi :

    • Cuisson à l’eau (recommandée) :

      • Faites bouillir une grande quantité d’eau salée.

      • Plongez les pierogi (frais ou surgelés).

      • Cuisez 2–3 minutes après qu’ils remontent à la surface.

      • Retirez-les délicatement avec une écumoire.

    • Poêlés (optionnel) :

      • Faites revenir les pierogi cuits dans une poêle avec du beurre ou de l’huile jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés.

      • À servir avec des oignons frits ou de la crème fraîche.

    • Autres méthodes :

      • Réchauffage à la vapeur ou au micro-ondes (env. 2 min, sous couvercle, avec un peu d’eau).
